Traveling Carpenter Position

Are you an experienced carpenter ready to take it "To The Trees!"? The treehouse business is booming and we are looking to add team members to our traveling carpenter roster! We are seeking experienced craftspeople with the following qualifications:

• Strong carpentry skills with an emphasis on framing and finish

• Open to traveling to job sites for 4-6 week periods consistently throughout the year

• Hard Worker willing to work 50+ hour weeks (with great overtime pay!) while working on site

• Open to learning best practices for working in the trees

• Genuinely enjoys working with a team

• Love of the outdoors - this job involves LOTS of fresh air and we typically work in all weather conditions (unless dangerous, of course!).

Social Media Coordinator (Part-Time ~15 hours/week ) – Treehouse Point x Nelson Treehouse

Are you a social media wiz with a love for creativity, storytelling, and a touch of whimsy? Treehouse Point and Nelson Treehouse are looking for a part-time Social Media Coordinator to help us grow our online community and share the magic of treehouses with the world. You’ll team up with our Marketing Manager to craft engaging content, nurture partnerships, and bring our brand’s unique voice to life. This is a hybrid role requiring one day a week in our office in Fall City, Washington, with the rest of your hours worked remotely.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

•Develop and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and other platforms as needed.
•Create visually appealing graphics, captions, and short-form videos that align with our brand identity.
•Highlight key features of treehouse builds, stays, experiences, and product offerings.

Community Engagement:

•Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community and maintain brand voice.
•Monitor social trends and audience feedback to inform content strategies.

Influencer Management:

•Identify and engage with influencers and content creators aligned with our brand values.
•Assist in coordinating influencer collaborations with Nelson Treehouse.
•Execute existing influencer program at Treehouse Point.
•Track and measure the success of influencer campaigns.

Brand Partnerships:
•Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to support and execute brand partnership campaigns.
•Develop innovative content ideas for collaborations and cross-promotions.

Campaign Support:

•Assist in the execution of seasonal promotions and giveaways.
•Provide behind-the-scenes content and event promotions to showcase the magic of our offerings.

Analytics and Reporting:

•Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
•Provide insights and recommendations to refine strategies for growth, engagement, and ROI.

Qualifications:

•Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, ideally in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
•Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Facebook.
•Experience managing influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
•Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
•Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail.
•Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
•Bonus: Photography or videography experience.
•Bonus: Graphic Design experience

Hours and Compensation:

•15 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.
•Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
