Welcome to the very first completed treehouse in the Kalahari Adventure Collection, designed and built in partnership with Kalahari Resorts! We’re thrilled to share a first look at this elevated retreat in Wisconsin Dells and even more excited to announce that treehouse stays are now available to book for Summer 2026.
This is the first of 28 treehouses coming to the Wisconsin Dells location, including a fully ADA-accessible treehouse to ensure more guests can experience the magic of being in the trees.
Perched among the tall pines and wrapped in our signature salvaged Western Red Cedar, these family-friendly retreats were crafted to bring people closer to nature and closer to each other. Step inside and you’ll find the warmth, whimsy, and craftsmanship that define a Nelson Treehouse build.
Spend long summer evenings gathered in the screened porch, playing games, swapping stories, and soaking in that golden Midwest sunset.
With a fully equipped kitchenette and a full bathroom, you can settle in comfortably for your stay, everything you need is right inside your treehouse.
With room for 4-6 guests, each treehouse is designed for families, friend groups, and anyone looking to experience a one-of-a-kind stay surrounded by the forest.

To top it all off, all registered guests receive complimentary access to Kalahari’s award-winning indoor waterpark, the perfect pairing of high-energy adventure and serene time in the trees.
